What happens after you request access

  1. Save your request using a work email. A confirmation is queued; inbox delivery is not guaranteed.
  2. Keep the private status link and reference shown after submission. The link expires 30 days after submission and shows the request stage and confirmation-email status.
  3. The team reviews requests manually and can follow up by work email. A request does not guarantee an invitation or issue a code. No response deadline is promised.

If the link is lost or expired, contact hello@lexamed.ai with your request reference if available. Do not send patient information or passwords. You do not need to submit another request just to check its status.
