Resume your test

Checking for saved fictional tests…

Progress is private to your account and practice. Resuming opens the same case and does not start processing again.

Optional examples and challenge packet

Follow your saved workspace guide

Start one fictional case, review the processing estimate, and process once. Inside the workspace, the first-test guide follows processing, your explicit source comparison, a saved correction, and Word generation after your latest edit.

Progress is saved privately with your account and case. Return to the same case to continue. Opening a source alone does not confirm a comparison; generating an export does not prove you opened Word or approved a report.

After downloading, open Word and check the saved wording and source reference yourself. Stop if a citation is wrong, a save disappears, or the export is incorrect.

Alex Testcase · SYN-2024-001 · Seven-page packet

Run your first case test

Use the packet and answer key below. Use these reference instructions alongside the saved workspace guide, checking the same source pages used in the homepage samples and downloadable drafts.

One packet and one answer key

Alex Testcase · SYN-2024-001 · 7 PDF pages. Use PDF viewer pages 1–7. Printed footers on pages 3–7 restart at 1 and are not the citation page numbers.

Five facts to verify and one unanswered question
  1. PDF page 3 · 2024-03-12

The worker reported lumbar pain after the February 1 lifting incident and denied prior back injury.

    “Denies prior back injury.”
  2. PDF page 4 · 2024-03-28

The MRI described an L4-L5 disc protrusion contacting the left L5 nerve root. PDF page 7 repeats this report.

“Findings: L4-L5 disc protrusion contacting the left L5 nerve root.”
  3. PDF page 5 · 2024-05-06

A left L4-L5 transforaminal epidural steroid injection was performed. Post-procedure pain decreased from 7/10 to 3/10.

    “Post-procedure pain reduced from 7/10 to 3/10.”
  4. PDF page 2 · 2024-06-10

The follow-up records walking and driving limits and continued modified duty. Its pronouns vary; verify identity and attribution.

“Driving is limited to 20 minutes.”
  5. PDF page 6 · 2024-06-10

The worker reported approximately 50% relief after the injection, pain 4/10, and continued modified duty.

“Work status: Continued modified duty. Re-evaluate in 6 weeks.”

PDF page 1 contains referral questions; PDF page 7 repeats the MRI on page 4. Do not count the duplicate as a second imaging study.

Unanswered question: Was there a prior back injury? The packet records a denial of prior back injury, but it does not independently establish whether a prior injury occurred. Do not infer causation or apportionment from these examples.

This is a fixed, hand-authored answer key. Generated wording and chronology grouping may vary; judge the facts and citations, not identical phrasing.

Optional interface tour · recorded October 16 · 8 min 10 sec

This older recording uses different fictional examples and older button labels. Use the Alex Testcase packet, answer key on this page and the saved workspace guide for this test; you do not need to prepare the larger packet mentioned in the recording.
